Volleyball Weekend Rescheduled!

Volleyball Weekend RESCHEDULED!
Sophia

Turn that Sad Face into a Happy Face!

January 30 - February 1, 2009

Volleyball Weekend has been rescheduled for January 30 - February 1.  Ritual and Music Competitions will also occur that same weekend.  Remember, you must have been registered for ritual competition for this past weekend in order to compete this new date.  Those competing in music competition may compete without pre-registrations, but pre registrations are welcome.

We ask that all those that were registered for this past weekend, please confirm your attendance and/or that your Bethel's attendees are going to either stay the same and/or change and report those changes to Kim Miller via email at bg15@comcast.net by January 26.  This will allow time to contact the caterer for any necessary food count changes.  All funds collected will be deposited into the GGC account and then checks will be written for anyone that must cancel due to the date changes.  "No shows" and "no calls" that occur will not be refunded.  (i.e.  If you do not contact Kim Miller to state that your Bethel cannot attend by January 26, you will sacrifice any refunds)  All efforts will be made to be fair in this situation.

Questions about ritual competition go to Jodi Fink at jodifink@comcast.net

Questions about music competition go to Dr. Andy Freiberg at asf2@psu.edu

With this change in date, the OES Fraternal Family Gathering will be taking place at the Masonic Villages on Sunday, February 1.  This event will start at 10:00 AM with a church service in the Deike Auditorium, followed by a lunch, an exemplification by all three youth groups, and informational stands.  If you would like to attend this event, please feel free, but for planning purposes - please let Jodi Fink know that you may be in attendance.  NOTE - you must be pre registered with Jodi by January 15 in order to attend the lunch.  There are no exceptions to this request and lunch reservations will not be accepted after January 15.  Your presence will be welcomed to attend the activities, but you would be on your own for lunch that day.

We apologize for any inconveniences that the changing of this weekend caused, but all efforts were made to be safe.  In order to make the necessary changes and/or cancellations - an early decision had to be made. We thank you for your cooperation.
